Our three-course menus offer a divine selection of carefully crafted meat, fish and vegetarian dishes at £36 per person. Here are a selection of our favourites.

Starters

  • Quail with smoked bacon, mushroom and asparagus mayonnaise
  • Watermelon and feta salad with gazpacho sorbet and mint
  • Marinated scallop with apple and ginger salad and horseradish
  • Terrine of winter game with quince chutney

Mains

  • Rump of lamb, crispy bell, pomme puree and wild garlic
  • Cornfed chicken with glazed root vegetables and dauphinoise
  • Asian spiced Seabass with bok choi and oyster mushrooms
  • Caramelised duck breast with lentil jus and mushrooms

Desserts

  • Pistachio and olive oil cake with marinated cherries and pistachio cannelloni
  • Mango and lime tart tatin with stem ginger ice cream
  • Cinnamon spiced doughnut with baileys panna cotta and chocolate
  • Orange panna cotta with citrus salad and Cointreau sabayon

A selection of English and Welsh cheeses served with fruit chutney, grapes and poppy seed biscuits are available for a supplement of £6.00
