Fork buffets
Our seasonal hot and cold fork buffets are served in bite-sized portions. Each menu offers a selection of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes from £28.50 per person. This is a small selection of what's available:
Meat and fish dishes
- Chicken, leek, Cornish cider and ham pie
- Rump of lamb with white bean cassoulet and tomato
- Balsamic glazed sirloin of beef with mushrooms and new potatoes
- Honey glazed pork belly with beansprouts and sugar snaps
- Thai spiced mussels with coconut cream and gingeres
- Seared salmon with vine roast tomatoes and olive dressing
- Potato gnocchi with smoked haddock and broad beans
- Paella
Vegetarian dishes
- Artichoke tortellini with vine tomato sauce and ratatouille
- Penne pasta with asparagus, mozzarella, sunblush tomatoes and rocket oil
- Truffled risotto with pan fried wild mushrooms
- Tebouleh salad with chick peas, aubergines and peppers
- Israeli couscous with spiced aubergines and chickpeas
Desserts
- Chocolate pot au creme with caramel
- Lemon posset with blueberries
- Orange and grand marnier trifle
- Rhubarb and duck egg custard tart
A selection of English and Welsh cheeses served with fruit chutney, grapes and poppy seed biscuits are available for a supplement of £6.00
