Seasonal buffets

Our menus are designed to be enjoyed whilst standing. Each dish will be prepared into bite sized portions for your guest’s convenience. The portion quantities will be divided between the meat and fish (majority) and the vegetarian dish. Should your guests wish to enjoy both dishes, they will be asked to return to the buffet once all guests have made their selection to ensure all guests have a full choice on their initial visit.

Minimum 12 guests

12 – 30 guests – please select 1 meat or fish dish with 1 vegetarian dish and 1 dessert

Over 30 guests – please select 1 meat and 1 fish dish with 1 vegetarian dish and 1 dessert

Summer Menu (June - August) £ 28.50 per person

All dishes are served with chef's choice of seasonal vegetables


  • Smoked ham knuckle, pea and parmesan risotto
  • Corn fed chicken, turnip and watercress
  • Beef fillet tail stroganoff, chestnut mushrooms
  • Mustard rabbit pie and chantannay carrot


  • Pollack with artichoke and carrot
  • Thai fish curry and basmati rice
  • Scorched mackerel, fennel and broad bean
  • Haddock fillet, confit tomato and basil

  • Potato gnocchi, summer beans and rocket pesto

  • Warm Greek salad with grilled halloumi

  • Meringue with crème Chantilly and fruit salsa
  • Toffee and banana cheesecake
