Seasonal buffets

Our menus are designed to be enjoyed whilst standing. Each dish will be prepared into bite sized portions for your guest’s convenience. The portion quantities will be divided between the meat and fish (majority) and the vegetarian dish. Should your guests wish to enjoy both dishes, they will be asked to return to the buffet once all guests have made their selection to ensure all guests have a full choice on their initial visit.

Minimum 12 guests

12 – 30 guests – please select 1 meat or fish dish with 1 vegetarian dish and 1 dessert

Over 30 guests – please select 1 meat and 1 fish dish with 1 vegetarian dish and 1 dessert

Summer Menu (June - August) £ 28.50 per person

All dishes are served with chef's choice of seasonal vegetables


  • Game pie and thyme potato
  • Lamb navarin with chick peas
  • Sweet and Sour chicken, sticky rice
  • Sirloin of beef and grilled field mushroom


  • Baked plaice, hazelnut crumble and spinach
  • Sole with lemon and anchovy potato
  • Hot smoked salmon, leek and penne pasta
  • Coley fillet and brown shrimp beurre noisette


  • Porcini ravioli with wild rocket and pine nuts
  • Potato gnocchi, butternut squash and roasted garlic
  • Ragout of root vegetables and herb scones
  • Grilled cumin squash, pine nut and parsley

All dishes are served with a chef’s choice of seasonal vegetables


  • Apple and blackberry crumble
  • Chocolate and orange tart
  • Damson cobbler and custard
  • Banoffee tart
